A claimed listing means that someone from the business is managing the listing on our site. This allows the business to update business details and respond to reviews.
At In The Wharf we encourage businesses to claim their page in order to enhance their profile and improve relationships with users.
If your business is claimed, it will state "Claimed" on your business page. This has the benefit of informing users that the business details can be kept up to date and also that they may receive a reply to their reviews.
